Our Story
The Visionary Lounge was built on passion, resilience, and vision.
My journey began in 2017 as a lash artist, quickly turning a side hustle into a full-time income. By 2019, I was exploring e-commerce—selling strip lashes and lip products. A local storefront invited me to bring in my products, and within 24 hours, we sold out. That moment proved I was on the right path, but it also showed me I wanted to create impact beyond just products.
In 2021, I entered network marketing, building a team of 30+ and hosting sold-out events. This chapter taught me the power of leadership, strategy, and community—and fueled my dream of building my own empire.
In 2022, I invested in my first PMU course and dove in headfirst, traveling monthly to my hometown of Victoria, BC, and fully booking my services. That year, I hosted my first beauty networking event in Victoria—it sold out. I continued expanding my skills with a second PMU course focused on brows, and in 2023, I hosted three massive sold-out beauty networking events in Vancouver, impacting over 400 women.
Despite these milestones, I realized I wasn’t fully aligned with my craft. My biggest insecurity—my struggle with acne throughout my 20s—became my calling. I became a skincare specialist, worked in a medical spa, and poured my heart into building my Acne Specialist Course, combining real client transformations, personal experience, and proven strategies.
By 2025, I pivoted from hosting events to fully focusing on creating my academy, developing multiple programs to help beauty professionals grow faster, smarter, and more successfully. Today, I’ve trained over 150 students, built a multi-pillar business, and created a sustainable brand with happy clients and confident professionals.
Behind every pivot, investment, and rebrand has been my husband—the numbers, the strategy, and the steady support that brought the vision to life. He saw the potential even on the days I wanted to give up, helping plan, strategize, and execute every major step. Together, we’ve built The Visionary Lounge, a space for dreamers and doers in the beauty industry who want impact, freedom, and a business built to last.
